One pound of smoked bacon, from our forest-raised pigs.   Perfect with our organic pastured eggs!  Our pigs are fed certified organic grains, surplus organically-grown vegetables, windfall organic apples, pumpkins and pasture grasses.  Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, sugar, nitrite, phosphate, ascorbic acid, dextrose.  We also have a few packages of bacon ends which are the ends of the pork bellies that couldn't be equally sliced, but are perfect for a variety of uses ($8.00/pound).
